Check out Dr. Yum for amazing recipes and free tools for your family. My favorite is the meal-o-matic option. You just plug in the food you have in the pantry and fridge and it creates you a recipe (yeah I know it sounds amazing- try it out today)

The Dr. Yum Project, a 501 (c)3 organization was born. In 2014, our teaching kitchen and garden were opened. This space serves as our hub for in-person teaching and our home base for outreach and virtual nutrition and cooking educational programs. Their goal is to better the lives and health outcomes for tens of thousands of families across the country each year.
