Tomato Chips

Snack time just got a lot more fun with our Tomato Chips! These crispy, baked chips are made from ripe tomatoes and seasoned to perfection, creating a delightful crunch that kids will love. Perfect for little hands, these tomato chips are an easy and mess-free finger food that's packed with natural tomato flavor. Great for lunchboxes, after-school snacks, or anytime munching, they offer a tasty, healthier alternative to regular chips.

Ingredients:

4 Tomato (large, firm, thinly sliced)

Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)


Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 210°F (100°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the tomatoes on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Transfer to the oven and bake for three hours, or until completely dry. Allow the tomato slices to cool for 15 minutes before removing them from the parchment paper. Enjoy!

Keep in an airtight container for up to six months.

Serving Size

One serving is equal to approximately 1/2 cup.

Season with coconut sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dill, or oregano.
