Ingredients:

4 Egg

2 tsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp White Wine Vinegar

1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

1/2 tsp Honey

Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

Directions:

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and gently place eggs into the water. Set your timer for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.

3. After 10 minutes, use a spoon to lift the eggs out of the water. Place in an ice cold water bath for five minutes to stop the eggs from cooking further. Peel and set aside.

4. Slice the eggs in half and divide onto plates. Drizzle with the honey mustard dressing. Enjoy!
