Homemade Macadamia Milk

Homemade Macadamia Milk is a delicious, creamy, and naturally dairy-free alternative to traditional milk that’s perfect for kids. Made with just a handful of ingredients, this milk is not only rich and smooth but also free of added sugars and preservatives. Whether you want to use it in smoothies, over cereal, or as a base for baking, homemade macadamia milk is a great option for a healthy, allergen-friendly drink.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts (soaked for at least one hour, rinsed)

1 cup Water (filtered)

1 1/2 tsps Pitted Dates

1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

Directions:

1. In a blender, add the macadamia nuts and water. Blend until smooth, at least one minute.

2. Over a large bowl or pot, strain the pulp using a cheesecloth, nut milk bag, or a fine mesh sieve.
