Peanut Butter & Jam Egg Rollups
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
3 Egg (whisked)
1 1/2 tbsps All Natural Peanut Butter
1 1/2 tbsps Fig Jam
Directions:
1. Warm the oil in a large pan over medium-low heat. Add the whisked eggs to the pan, allowing it to spread evenly across the whole bottom of the pan. Cook for eight minutes, flipping halfway through.
2. Remove the egg wrap from the pan and lay it flat on a plate. Spread the peanut butter and jam on top of the egg wrap, then roll it up. Slice into rollups and enjoy!

Leftovers
Best enjoyed immediately. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
Serving Size
One serving is equal to one wrap.
More Flavor
Add cinnamon. Use cream cheese in place of the peanut butter.
No Fig Jam
Use any type of jam or mashed berries.
