Skip the Screens and Go Green

Consider focusing less on screen time, and spend some time outside as a family being active.

  • Have some fun as a family and participate in Irish Dance Party

  • Do a Jump Rope Challenge

  • Pot of Gold Scavenger Hunt: Hide a picture/toy of a Pot of Gold and other St. Patrick’s Day themed favors outside and have the kids run around to find the items

St. Patrick’s Themed Healthy Snacks

Try out some healthy green snacks like Avocado toast, cucumbers and hummus, or fun snacks that could engage picky eaters .

Fruit and Veggies over the Rainbow

Choose your own colorful variety of fruits and veggies and layer into a rainbow shape. Cut green peppers to shape into a 4 leaf clover

Shamrock Smoothies

Blend frozen banana, baby spinach, avocado, mint, and coconut milk for a wonderful green drink

Cucumber Leprechaun Hats:

Use cucumbers, any white cheese, and yellow bell peppers. Cut cucumber into squares and half cylinders to assemble in a hat. Cut a slice of white cheese to layer as a strip on the hat. Cut small squares in the yellow bell peppers and put on the hat.
