Ingredients:
1 Avocado (medium, ripe)
2 tbsps Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 cup Plantain Chips (store-bought or homemade)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mash together the avocado, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and sea salt with a fork.
2. Place the guacamole in a bowl and serve with plantain chips. Enjoy!
