Greek Seasoned Parsnip Fries

These Greek Seasoned Parsnip Fries are a healthy and flavorful snack that kids will enjoy! Crisp, golden parsnip fries are seasoned with a blend of Greek herbs and spices, adding a zesty twist to a nutritious veggie. Rich in vitamins and fiber, parsnips are a great alternative to regular fries and offer a tasty way to get more veggies into your kids’ diet. Ingredients:

2 Parsnip (large, peeled, sliced into fries)

1 tbsp Avocado Oil

1/4 Lemon (juiced)

1 tbsp Greek Seasoning


Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Add the parsnips to a large bowl. Add the oil, lemon juice, and Greek seasoning. Toss to combine.

3. Spread them out onto the baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, turning them halfway through. Divide onto plates and enjoy!
