1 can Tuna (drained)

2 tbsps Mayonnaise

1/2 stalk Green Onion (thinly sliced)

1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)

1 tsp Whole Grain Mustard

1 Red Bell Pepper (medium, halved)


Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, green onion, parsley, and mustard. Portion into red pepper halves, and enjoy!
