Find Your Strength

Today’s challenge has two parts:

  1. Do the strength-focused guided workout of the day

  2. Name a non-physical strength
After your workout, write down one way you’ve shown strength in your life that has nothing to do with your body. Emotional endurance, caregiving, advocacy, showing up after failure—all of it counts.

Optional: Say it out loud to yourself or share it with a friend. Reinforce that your strength is multifaceted and real.

Family-Friendly Twist: Strength Challenge for All Ages

Invite your kids, partner, or neighbor to a simple 2-move challenge:

  • Who can hold a plank the longest?

  • Who can do the most squats or wall sits in 1 minute?

Make it silly, safe, and celebratory. Let kids count your reps. Let them see what effort looks like, and how fun it can be to challenge your body together.

You’re planting seeds, showing them what strength looks like in action. It’s not just about muscle, but resilience, persistence, and fun.

Today was about reclaiming your sense of power—in your body and in your life.

Each time you lift yourself up off the mat, pick up a weight, or carry your body with intention, you’re building something much deeper than strength. You’re building trust. A deeper relationship with your own capacity. A reminder that you can show up for yourself even when it’s hard, even when you’re tired, even when the world is loud.

You’re not just getting stronger. You’re becoming more you—more rooted, more steady, more equipped for whatever comes next.

“Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.”
Mahatma Gandhi
