Screens have been a very useful tool and we have become more dependent on them over the past few years but we also know that the more screens that are in front of the kids, the more medical problems they are likely to have. Too much screen time is linked with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and not enough physical activity making them physically unhealthy. Here you will find some ideas to unplug on purpose. Let's start with 2 hours of less screen time and bring it down from there.
