Take a few minutes at the end of the week to think back on what you noticed, practiced, and experienced. Use these questions to reflect on what worked, what felt challenging, and what you might carry forward into the week ahead.
Reflection Questions
What's one gratitude jar entry that surprised you this week?
Did the kindness challenge change how connected you felt to someone in your family?
Looking back across all three weeks, what's one shift you've noticed in how your family talks about feelings, stress, or appreciation?
What’s one practice from THIS PROGRAM that you’d like your family to continue after it ends?
Over the past three weeks, your family has practiced naming and validating emotions, recognizing stress and finding ways to respond, and making space for gratitude and connection. You’ve tried new strategies, reflected together, and learned more about what helps each person feel understood, supported, and connected.
As Calm Together comes to a close, you don’t need to continue every activity or strategy you tried. Hold on to the ones that felt useful and realistic for your family, and return to them when you need them. The small moments you’ve practiced throughout this program can continue to be part of how your family listens, responds, and connects with one another.
Remember:
Connection grows through the small moments families create again and again—pausing to listen, making space for feelings, supporting one another through stress, and taking time to notice what’s good. Each of those moments is another opportunity to grow together.
As you move forward, we hope the tools and moments you’ve shared through Calm Together continue to support your family in ways that feel meaningful to you.
